Our stem challenge we had to make papper towers and we had to put a can of food on our paper towers for 60 seconds.
Some of as made our towers big and tall some of them could not stay up and some of them fell over on our tables. The next day we got to make them bigger and taller but we had to put two cans of food on our towers and some just started to fall and the tomato sauce can broke open on the table.

This week we done writing for our holidays. We are learning to focus on creating descriptive words to help create a picture in the readers minds.
What did you do in the holidays?
Today we made some minecraft Mascots in minecraft and i made a bunny for mine my bunny was real real big and the two feet of my bunny where real real big and it took me a long time to make it for my minecraft Mascots where are lerning about anzac day in our classroom.

On friday 1/4/24
we planted our “Antlantic Giant Pumpkin” for the inter school competition. We planted two plants in a spot with all
day sun and lost of compost for good growing conditions
Follow our pumkins as they become monsters over the next 120 days.
on frinday we did korfball at the Westland High School, and we win the trophy for first place! and the rest of our school was at school when we came back we had a party in our class room and we had a plane flitt with are planes then it was time to go home the end.
We have being doing korfball for are game here at Hoki, involving kaniere school and other local schools.
korfball is played with a team of 4 glirs, 4 boys players on each side.
Using a net ball sized ball the ball is passed to a team meet who cannot move once the ball is in hand, then passed
on to score into a hoop at each end of the court scoring one point.

in trem there we went to pounamu pathway and we sore some cool staff and we just went for a look a round for about 15 Ms and then we went to a park for 10 Ms then we come back to school.

On the weekend i helped Grandad get some new Carpet for the Shed and then we cut it and then we put it in to his room and we put it in the right spot for it to fit in then we got some paint and then we got a paintbrush and a Stick to Mix the paint around and then we got to painting the concrete on his floor and then we went out on to his Picnic table in the back yard and we just sat out side with the dogs and then we went
back in to his room and we went back to painting the floor. The end.🐕🦺🐩
